1. The service

Chats4AI, provided by the service provider ([company name], tax ID [—], address [—]), lets you connect a WhatsApp account to AI tools through the MCP protocol.

Chats4AI is an independent service, not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. It uses WhatsApp device linking, which is not an official third-party interface. WhatsApp may restrict or suspend accounts under its own terms; we are not responsible for those decisions.

2. Your account and number

You must be an adult and the owner (or authorised user) of the number you link. You are responsible for messages sent from your account, including those sent by your AI.

3. Plans and payments

The Free plan allows reading. Paid plans are charged in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. The Pro trial lasts 3 days, once per phone number.

4. Acceptable use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that breach it, especially for spam or bulk messaging.

5. Availability and liability

We provide the service with due care but without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

6. Governing law

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights granted by the law of your country of residence.
