Controller and processor

For your account data (email, billing), the controller is the service provider ([company name], tax ID [—], address [—]). For the content of your chats we act as a processor: we process it only to provide the service and following your instructions.

What data we process

Email, name and hashed password; payment data (handled by Stripe); the linked number; the WhatsApp session (AES-256 encrypted); recent chats and messages needed so your AI can read them; and a log of your AI's actions.

Purposes

To provide the service, charge you, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We never sell your data or use it to train AI models.

Where and for how long

On servers in the European Union. Messages are kept while the number is linked (up to 500 per chat) and deleted when you unlink or delete your account.

Third parties

Stripe (payments) and our EU hosting provider. The AI tools you connect receive the data you ask them to read, under their own policies.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
